Refersion is connected as an attribution datasource for affiliate, ambassador, and influencer programs. Once connected, partner-driven revenue shows up alongside paid-media spend in Acquisition dashboards and Marketing-section tiles.
Before connecting
Section titled “Before connecting”- Source-platform requirement: Refersion account owner or admin with API-key access.
- The store’s ecommerce datasource (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce) is already connected — Refersion attributes against orders that flow through the store.
Connecting
Section titled “Connecting”- Go to Settings → Integrations and select Refersion.
- Paste the API key from Refersion.
- Click Connect.
- The integration appears as Connected, with initial sync running.

Data provided
Section titled “Data provided”- Active affiliates / ambassadors / influencers
- Affiliate-attributed orders and revenue
- Commission accrued and paid
- Top-performing affiliates by revenue

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Connection fails — confirm the API key was generated for the active workspace in Refersion (not a sandbox or archived account).
- Affiliate revenue doesn’t match Refersion’s dashboard — confirm date ranges match; Refersion’s dashboard defaults to a different time zone or attribution window than Ignyte IQ.
- Data appears to lag the source platform — check the Data panel for sync timing. See Data freshness.
