Account settings
Account settings covers your personal profile, password, linked login method, and workspace switching. They live in the user menu (top-right) and apply to your account across every workspace — distinct from workspace settings, which an Admin manages per workspace.
Change your email or display name
Section titled “Change your email or display name”Open the user menu (top-right) → Account settings. Name, email, linked Google sign-in, and email-notification preferences all live here. Two-factor authentication, if enabled in your workspace, is configured here too.
Reset your password
Section titled “Reset your password”From the login page:
- Click Forgot password and enter your email.
- Open the password-reset email from Ignyte IQ.
- Click the link and set a new password.
If you’re already signed in, open Account settings → Change password, enter the current and new password, and save.
Switch between workspaces
Section titled “Switch between workspaces”A single account can access multiple workspaces. Click the workspace name in the top navigation and select another to switch — datasources, dashboards, Reports, Saved Views, and team all change to that workspace’s; your account profile does not.
Workspaces are not data-isolated by default: the same datasource can be connected to more than one workspace if it has been authorized for each one separately.
Common questions
Section titled “Common questions”The password-reset email didn’t arrive.
Check spam and add ignyteiq.com to contacts. If the account doesn’t exist, the email may have been entered differently at signup — or you signed up with Google and have no password to reset.
Which workspace am I in?
The workspace selector in the top navigation always shows the current workspace. See Workspaces.
