Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Wrong account is connected — Google Ads users with MCC (manager) access see both the MCC account and the sub-accounts in the connection screen. Picking the MCC instead of the specific advertiser account routes Ignyte IQ to the wrong data. Reconnect and pick the advertiser account by ID.
- Spend doesn’t match Google Ads UI — confirm the date range and time zone match. Google Ads defaults to the account’s local time zone, which can differ from the workspace’s time zone, producing apparent gaps of a day or more on totals.
- Conversions don’t match — Google Ads’ default conversion view includes view-through and modeled conversions. Ignyte IQ’s blended view uses click-attributed conversions only unless GA4 attribution is selected on Paid Media.
- General connection issues — see Datasource won’t connect.
- Other reconciliation differences — see Why numbers don’t match.
