Custom costs (CSV upload) is a CSV-based datasource in Ignyte IQ — uploaded directly via Settings → Integrations.

Connecting
Section titled “Connecting”Custom costs uses a CSV upload flow rather than OAuth or an API key. The full upload format and validation rules are documented below; the upload UI lives in Settings → Integrations → Custom costs.

Data provided
Section titled “Data provided”- Per-SKU COGS
- Custom periodic fees (shipping cost, fulfillment fees, etc.)
- Override or supplement Shopify cost-of-goods data

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Connection fails or shows Disconnected — confirm the source-platform role/permissions are correct, then reconnect.
- Data appears to lag the source platform — check the Data panel for sync timing. See Data freshness.
