Loop Subscriptions

Loop Subscriptions is a Shopify-native subscription platform, connected to Ignyte IQ as an alternative to Recharge for stores running their subscription program on Loop.
Before connecting
Section titled “Before connecting”- Source-platform requirement: Loop admin with API-key access.
- The store’s Shopify integration is already connected (Loop sits on top of Shopify orders).
Connecting
Section titled “Connecting”- Go to Settings → Integrations and select Loop Subscriptions.
- Paste the API key from the Loop admin.
- Click Connect.
- The integration appears as Connected, with initial sync running.

Choosing between Loop and Recharge
Section titled “Choosing between Loop and Recharge”Only one subscription platform’s data should drive the Subscriptions dashboard at a time. If both are connected, the dashboard pulls from the one that owns the subscription records (typically the platform the store actively uses). Stores migrating from Recharge to Loop should disconnect Recharge once migration completes.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Connection fails — confirm the API key is the current one. Loop rotates keys when the source-platform admin regenerates them.
- Subscription counts differ from Loop’s admin — confirm the date range matches; Loop’s admin defaults to a different period than Ignyte IQ.
- Data appears to lag the source platform — check the Data panel for sync timing. See Data freshness.
