Numbers don't match my source platform

The most common reasons numbers differ from your source platform are timing (Ignyte IQ may be showing a different sync window or date range than the platform dashboard), definition (Ignyte IQ and Shopify calculate Gross Sales and Net Sales differently), and attribution (ad-platform numbers use each platform’s own attribution model, not GA4’s).
