Drilldown panels
The drilldown panel is a top-N ranking, on the right side of every Explore dashboard. It ranks contributors (products, campaigns, channels, platforms) by a metric you select.
Anatomy
Section titled “Anatomy”| Element | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Dropdown at the top | Switches the ranking dimension (product, campaign, etc.) and/or the ranking metric |
| Horizontal bars | Each bar represents one item; bar length scales to the metric value |
| Count indicator | ”1–7 of 248” — confirms you’re seeing a top-N slice, not the full list |
How to use it
Section titled “How to use it”- Identify drivers: sort by the metric that surprised you on the headline tile.
- Spot concentration: if the top bar is dramatically larger than the rest, performance is concentrated in one item.
- Compare ratios: switch the ranking metric to look at ROAS, refund rate, or other efficiency measures.
When to use the table instead
Section titled “When to use the table instead”The drilldown shows top items only. For exact values across the full list, exporting, or searching by name, use the data table below.
Common questions
Section titled “Common questions”The drilldown’s top items don’t match the table’s top items. The table is sorted by whichever column was last clicked; the drilldown uses its own ranking metric. Sort the table by the same metric to align.
Bars look identical in length. The metric values are very close. The table will show the exact numbers.
