Export didn't work
Common export failures and how to address them:
File didn’t download
Section titled “File didn’t download”- Check browser download permissions.
- Try another browser.
- Pop-up blockers occasionally interfere with the download dialog.
File is empty or smaller than expected
Section titled “File is empty or smaller than expected”- Widen the date range.
- Remove filters that may exclude all rows.
- For Reports section exports, confirm the section is not in a “No data” state.
Values look wrong in the spreadsheet
Section titled “Values look wrong in the spreadsheet”| Symptom | Cause | Fix |

| Dates show as serial numbers | Excel auto-format | Change the column’s number format to Date |
| Decimal commas vs dots | Locale mismatch | Open the CSV explicitly in the locale used to generate it |
Numbers don’t match the dashboard
Section titled “Numbers don’t match the dashboard”The dashboard may have refreshed since the export. Re-export. If the discrepancy persists, the dashboard view and the export view may use different date ranges or filters — confirm both.
