Export didn't work

Common export failures and how to address them:

  • Check browser download permissions.
  • Try another browser.
  • Pop-up blockers occasionally interfere with the download dialog.
  • Widen the date range.
  • Remove filters that may exclude all rows.
  • For Reports section exports, confirm the section is not in a “No data” state.

The dashboard may have refreshed since the export. Re-export. If the discrepancy persists, the dashboard view and the export view may use different date ranges or filters — confirm both.
