Managing your workspace
Workspace-level settings live in Settings → Workspace → General. They apply to every dashboard in the workspace and can only be modified by users with the Administrator role.
Fields
Section titled “Fields”| Setting | What it controls |

| Workspace Name | Display name shown in the workspace selector and across the app. |
| Domain Auto Add | When ON, any user whose email matches your domain can join the workspace directly. When OFF, an administrator must approve each new member. |
| Consent for AI Features | Org-wide opt-in for AI features. When OFF (default), AI surfaces across the app are disabled. When ON, AI-powered features become available. |
| Time Zone | The time zone used for date-range calculations and daily groupings across every dashboard. |
| Currency | The reporting currency used for displayed metric values. |
Access
Section titled “Access”Settings → Workspace → General requires the Administrator role. Members can read settings via dashboards (time zone and currency are reflected in displayed values) but can’t modify them.
Notes on specific settings
Section titled “Notes on specific settings”Domain Auto Add
Section titled “Domain Auto Add”When enabled, the matching domain is inferred from the workspace administrator’s email. Users with the same domain can self-join without an explicit invite. Disable for workspaces that need controlled membership (client-facing workspaces, sensitive datasources).
Consent for AI Features
Section titled “Consent for AI Features”This toggle is the upstream switch for every AI surface in the app. When OFF, AI banners and prompts on dashboards and Reports remain disabled. Toggling ON enables those surfaces across the workspace.
Time Zone
Section titled “Time Zone”Changing the workspace time zone affects how dates are bucketed across every dashboard. Existing data isn’t re-imported; instead, the time-zone interpretation changes. Communicate the change with team members before applying.
Currency
