BigCommerce is connected via oauth.
Before connecting
Section titled “Before connecting”- Source-platform requirement: BigCommerce store admin with API access.
OAuth scopes

All scopes are read-only.
Connecting
Section titled “Connecting”- Go to Settings → Integrations and select BigCommerce.
- Click Connect. The BigCommerce authorization screen opens.
- Approve the requested scopes.
- The integration appears as Connected, with initial sync running.

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Connection fails or shows Disconnected — confirm the source-platform role/permissions are correct, then reconnect.
- Data appears to lag the source platform — check the Data panel for sync timing. See Data freshness.
