BigCommerce is connected via oauth.

  • Source-platform requirement: BigCommerce store admin with API access.
  • Orders (read-only)
  • Customers (read-only)
  • Products (read-only)

All scopes are read-only.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations and select BigCommerce.
  2. Click Connect. The BigCommerce authorization screen opens.
  3. Approve the requested scopes.
  4. The integration appears as Connected, with initial sync running.

  • Connection fails or shows Disconnected — confirm the source-platform role/permissions are correct, then reconnect.
  • Data appears to lag the source platform — check the Data panel for sync timing. See Data freshness.
