Fulfillment metrics explained

The fulfillment metrics on the Fulfillment dashboard:

Fulfillment SpeedAverage days from order placed to order fulfilled
Fulfillment RateFulfilled orders ÷ Total orders in the period
On-Time RateOrders fulfilled within SLA ÷ Total orders
Unfulfilled Order AgingDistribution of unfulfilled orders by days outstanding

These metrics require fulfillment timestamps from the ecommerce datasource. Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and Amazon Seller typically expose them; some configurations may not.

Why is Fulfillment Speed high for one SKU? Check inventory levels for that SKU; backordered or low-stock items slow fulfillment. The By Product tab on the Fulfillment dashboard surfaces these.

On-Time Rate doesn’t match expectations. The SLA threshold is workspace-configured. Confirm the threshold in workspace settings.
