Short definitions for Ignyte IQ-specific terms. For industry-standard DTC and ecommerce terms (CAC, AOV, cohort, attribution), see the marketing-side glossary.

WorkspaceContainer for one brand’s setup — datasources, dashboards, Reports, team. See Workspaces.
DatasourceA connected source platform feeding Ignyte IQ (Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, etc.). See Datasources.
IntegrationUI name for a datasource. The Settings UI uses “Integrations.”
ℹ️ panelPer-metric panel showing definition, datasource, calculation, last calculated time.
Data panelWorkspace-wide view of all connected datasources’ status and sync timing.
Brand OverviewThe default landing dashboard, showing themed sections.
ExplorePre-built dashboards organized by functional area (Sales, Acquisition, etc.).
ReportsUser-built multi-section pages composed of metric groups.
Metric groupCurated dataset that backs a Reports section (e.g. “Brand metrics by date”).
MeasureA number that can be aggregated (Revenue, Orders).
DimensionA field for slicing or grouping (Date, Product, Campaign).
Date anchorThe time field a metric uses (creation date, closed date, fulfilled date).
Drilldown panelTop-N ranking panel on the right side of every Explore dashboard.
Saved ViewA reusable dashboard configuration capturing date range, comparison, filters, and tab.
Recent ViewAuto-tracked list of recently opened dashboards.
Metric TargetA monthly goal set on a metric, surfaced as Actual vs Goal on Brand Overview.
Take rateSubscription share of orders or customers.
RFMRecency / Frequency / Monetary customer segmentation.
CohortGroup of customers acquired in the same time period.
Channel groupGA4’s grouping of traffic sources (Organic Search, Paid Social, etc.).
Scaled targetA Metric Target’s value scaled to a partial-month date range.
