Duplicate a Report as a template

When several teams (or workspaces) need the same Report layout, duplicating an existing Report is faster than rebuilding. The duplicate retains every section and configuration; only the bits that differ between brands need to be edited.

  1. Open the source Report you want to duplicate.
  2. Use the Duplicate action (typically in the top bar or the Report’s menu).
  3. Name the duplicate clearly — for example, “Weekly Exec Summary — Brand B.”
  4. Open the duplicate and edit only the parts that need to change (which usually means: the metric group used for one or two sections, or the section titles).
  5. Save.

Reports live within a workspace. To use a Report template in a different workspace, manually recreate the structure — or coordinate with support if you need bulk duplication across many workspaces.
