Google Sheets extension
The Google Sheets extension pulls Ignyte IQ metrics directly into a Google Sheet. Sheets refresh on a schedule or on demand without manual CSV export-and-paste.
Installation
Section titled “Installation”The extension is installed from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Workspace access in Ignyte IQ and Google account access on the Sheets side are both required.
What it can do
Section titled “What it can do”- Pull headline metrics or full tables into specified cells.
- Refresh on a schedule (typically hourly) so the Sheet stays current.
- Reference the same metric across multiple Sheets in different brands.
What it can’t do
Section titled “What it can’t do”- Replace Reports for complex multi-section layouts. Use Reports inside Ignyte IQ for those.
- Push data back into Ignyte IQ. The extension is read-only.
Common questions
Section titled “Common questions”Is the extension available on all plans? Plan availability depends on tier. Check the pricing page or workspace settings.
Why does the Sheet show stale data? The Sheet refreshes on the extension’s schedule, not on every cell open. Manual refresh is supported in the extension’s UI.
