Sign up and verify your account
Ignyte IQ accounts can be created with email and password or with Google sign-in. Email signup requires a verification step; Google sign-in does not. Either path leads to the workspace setup screen.
No credit card is required to sign up.
Signup paths
Section titled “Signup paths”- Go to ignyteiq.com and select signup.
- Enter an email address and create a password.
- Submit the form. A confirmation screen indicates a verification email has been sent.
- Open the verification email and click the link.
- The browser redirects to Ignyte IQ, logged in.
Verification links expire after a period. If the link has expired, request a new one from the login page.
- Go to ignyteiq.com and select Continue with Google.
- Select the Google account to use.
- Approve the permissions Ignyte IQ requests.
- The browser redirects to Ignyte IQ, logged in.
No verification step is required for Google sign-in.
After signing up
Section titled “After signing up”After signup, the next screen is one of:

If a verification screen appears after signup, the verification step did not complete. Request a new verification email.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Verification link is expired — request a new verification email from the login page.
- “Email already in use” — an account with that email already exists. Use the login page; reset the password if needed.
- Verification email did not arrive — check spam and promotions folders; add
ignyteiq.comto your contacts; request a new email. - Wrong email used at signup — the email address can be changed in account settings after first login. The new email requires verification.
- Want to switch from email login to Google login — link a Google account in account settings.
