Datasource won't connect

A datasource connection fails when authorization can’t complete or when initial sync doesn’t pull any data.

”Insufficient scope”The key was generated with insufficient permissions. Regenerate with full read access
Connection accepts the key but no data appearsConfirm the source account has data to read; some platforms require a specific role even for read-only API keys

Rows flagged as “unknown SKU”The SKU doesn’t match the ecommerce datasource. Confirm exact spelling
File rejected on uploadConfirm CSV format matches the documented schema — column names and data types

If the connection fails consistently after addressing the above, capture:

  • The integration name
  • The exact error message
  • The source-platform account role (verified)
  • The connection method (OAuth or API key)
