Favorites

Favorites is a left-sidebar collection of pinned items — dashboards, Reports, and saved Views — that gives one-click access to the surfaces a team reads most. Open it from Favorites in the left sidebar (above the Explore section).

  • A Brand Overview view (a specific named view, not Brand Overview at large).
  • An Explore dashboard (DTC, Paid Media, Subscriptions, and so on).
  • A Report — the whole Report, with its current saved-section configuration.
  • A saved View on any Explore dashboard.

Tiles, metrics, and ad-hoc filter combinations are not favorite-able — only saved configurations are.

The star icon next to any favorite-able surface toggles it on or off the Favorites list. Pinning a surface adds it to the workspace’s Favorites; unpinning removes it.

Favorites are workspace-scoped: every workspace member sees the same list. There are no per-user favorites. Treat the list as a shared bookmark bar.

Favorites render in the order they were pinned, with the most recent at the top. To reorder, unpin and re-pin in the desired sequence — there is no drag-to-reorder.

Workspaces with more than ~10 favorites lose the at-a-glance benefit; keep the list small.

A favorited Brand Overview view doesn’t open to the right state. The Favorite stores the view’s identity, not its configuration at pin time. If a teammate has since edited the underlying view, the favorited link opens to the new state. See Views on Brand Overview for view ownership.

I want a private favorite only I can see. Favorites are workspace-shared. There are no per-user favorites. For a personal bookmark, copy the URL of the surface and save it in the browser.

Favoriting an Explore saved View vs the dashboard. Favoriting the dashboard opens it to its default state. Favoriting a specific saved View opens it pre-configured. Both can be pinned at once if both reading patterns are common.
