Dashboards are empty
An empty dashboard usually traces to one of three causes.
1. Wrong workspace
Section titled “1. Wrong workspace”Multiple workspaces, accidentally viewing a fresh or unused one.
Check: the workspace selector at the top of every page. Confirm the workspace name is the one with your data.
2. Datasource not connected
Section titled “2. Datasource not connected”The datasource that powers the dashboard isn’t connected.
Check: open the Data panel (top-right). If the source you’d expect to power the dashboard isn’t listed, connect it via Settings → Integrations.
3. Initial sync still running
Section titled “3. Initial sync still running”The datasource is connected, but the initial sync hasn’t completed.
Check: in the Data panel, the datasource will show Initial sync in progress or have a very recent connection time without any historical data yet. Wait — most stores complete in 5–15 minutes; larger stores can take longer.
4. Date range outside history
Section titled “4. Date range outside history”For new datasources, history only goes back as far as the initial backfill.
Check: widen the date range to Last 7 days or Last 30 days.
When all the above are fine
Section titled “When all the above are fine”If the workspace, datasource, sync, and date range all check out, the dashboard’s sections may depend on a different datasource (for example, Brand Overview’s Marketing section needs an ad platform connected). Confirm via the section’s article.
