Plans and billing
Ignyte IQ plans cover three tiers — Grow, Professional, and Enterprise — each with its own feature set, datasource and order-volume limits, and team-size limits. For current pricing and the full feature comparison, see the pricing page.
Plan overview
Section titled “Plan overview”Billing lives in workspace settings → Billing (visible to Admins): current plan, usage against limits, and invoices. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades typically take effect at the end of the current billing period. New accounts include a trial with no credit card required at signup.
Data source and order limits
Section titled “Data source and order limits”| Dimension | Grow | Professional | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Data sources | Up to 5 | Up to 10 | Unlimited |
| Max order volume / month | 5,000 | 10,000 | Unlimited |
| Recommended store revenue | $1M–$10M | $10M–$20M | $20M+ |
Hitting a cap doesn’t disconnect existing data. At the limit:
| Limit reached | What happens |
|---|---|
| Data source cap | New datasources can’t connect until upgrade or an existing one is removed |
| Order volume cap | Varies by plan; typically excess orders keep syncing with a notification |
| Team-member cap | New invitations are deferred until upgrade |
Exact current limits live on the pricing page; check usage in workspace settings → Billing.
Upgrade or change your plan
Section titled “Upgrade or change your plan”Open workspace settings → Billing → Upgrade (Admins only), pick the tier, and confirm. Contact support before approaching a cap if you need specifics on overage behavior.
Common questions
Section titled “Common questions”Who can see and change billing?
Only Admins. The Billing section is hidden for Members.
Does hitting the order cap lose data?
No. Existing data is retained; overage behavior (defer versus continue with notification) depends on the plan.
