ShipHero
Category: Operations · Connection: API key · Status: Beta
ShipHero is a warehouse-management system. Connecting it adds shipment-level fulfillment data — pick/pack times, ship-by-cutoff performance, warehouse-level throughput — to the Operations section of Brand Overview and the Operations dashboards in Explore.
Before connecting
Section titled “Before connecting”- Source-platform requirement: ShipHero admin or account owner with API access.
- The store’s ecommerce datasource (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce) is connected — ShipHero matches orders against the store.
Connecting
Section titled “Connecting”- Go to Settings → Integrations and select ShipHero.
- Paste the Account ID and API token from ShipHero.
- Click Connect.
- The integration appears as Connected, with initial sync running.
For the full connection-method walkthrough, see Connect a datasource.
Data provided
Section titled “Data provided”- Shipments per period (volume)
- Pick / pack / ship timestamps per order
- Ship-by-cutoff performance (orders shipped vs SLA)
- Warehouse-level throughput when multiple warehouses are configured
What this powers
Section titled “What this powers”- Operations section tiles on Brand Overview
- The Fulfillment dashboard under Explore → Operations
- Shipment timing in the ℹ️ panel for fulfillment-related metrics
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Connection fails — confirm the API token has not been revoked in ShipHero and the Account ID matches the active warehouse account.
- Shipment counts don’t match ShipHero’s dashboard — confirm the date range and time zone match; ShipHero defaults to the warehouse’s local time, Ignyte IQ to the workspace’s time zone.
- Data appears to lag the source platform — check the Data panel for sync timing. See Data freshness.
