Can I change my plan later?

Of course. Pricing scales with your company — if you outgrow Grow, just upgrade to Professional or Enterprise from the billing screen.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes — annual billing is discounted versus month-to-month. Reach out via the Request Demo form to discuss the right plan for your volume.

Security

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use OAuth for source connections wherever supported, encrypt data at rest and in transit, and we are SOC 2 Type II compliant. Read-only API scopes are used for ad and analytics platforms; we never write back to your campaigns or customer records.

What is Ignyte IQ?

Ignyte IQ is a unified analytics and automation platform for modern brands. It connects your ecommerce and marketing tools and provides consistent metrics without needing a data warehouse.

How long does setup take?

Most teams have their first integration connected in under 10 minutes via OAuth. Initial data sync takes 5–15 minutes per source depending on history volume; you can keep using the product while it backfills.

Do I need a data warehouse?

No. Ignyte IQ is built so you don’t need to maintain Snowflake, BigQuery, or custom ETL — we ingest, blend, and surface metrics directly. If you already have a warehouse, we can write back to it (Snowflake export coming soon).
