This Cookie Policy explains how Esvee Research, LLC, doing business as Ignyte IQ ("Ignyte IQ", "we", "us", or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on ignyteiq.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information more generally.
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the site's operators. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels; in this policy we refer to all of these as "cookies". Cookies set by the site you are visiting are called "first-party" cookies; cookies set by another domain are "third-party" cookies.
The default depends on your location (see section 7). If you are visiting from outside the United States, all non-essential cookies are disabled by default: we use Google Consent Mode to keep analytics and advertising tags in a "denied" state, so no analytics or advertising cookies are set before you make a choice. If you are visiting from the United States, analytics and advertising cookies are enabled by default and you can opt out at any time. In all cases we show a banner that lets you accept, reject, or choose categories individually, and strictly necessary cookies do not require consent and are always active.
We remember your choice so we do not ask again on every visit. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the website footer.
These cookies are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They include the cookie that stores your consent choices. They do not carry advertising or cross-site tracking identifiers. The consent cookie is named "ignyte_consent", is a first-party cookie, and is stored for up to twelve (12) months.
These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website so we can measure and improve it. We use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog for aggregate, product, and usage analytics. These load only if you allow the Analytics category.
These cookies are used to measure the performance of our marketing and to show more relevant advertising, including remarketing (also called retargeting) — showing Ignyte IQ ads to people who have previously visited our site. We use Google Ads for advertising, remarketing, and conversion measurement. Google may set and read its own cookies and combine this activity with data across its services as described in its policies. These cookies load only if you allow the Advertising category.
Some cookies in the Analytics and Advertising categories are set by third parties that process data on our behalf or in connection with their own services. These providers may set and read their own cookies subject to their privacy and cookie policies. Our current analytics and advertising providers are Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) and PostHog. We encourage you to review their policies to understand how they use cookies and data.
We also use privacy-focused, cookieless measurement provided by our hosting platform to monitor website performance and reliability. This measurement does not use cookies or identify you individually and therefore does not require consent.
You can manage cookies in the following ways:
Because consent is stored per browser and device, you may need to set your preferences again if you clear your cookies, use a different browser, or use a different device.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as a request to opt out of analytics and advertising cookies and of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not set those cookies. Some browsers also send a legacy "Do Not Track" signal; because there is no common standard for it, we rely on GPC and the controls below instead.
Our default cookie experience depends on your location: visitors in the United States are opted in to analytics and advertising cookies by default and can opt out at any time, while visitors elsewhere are asked to opt in before any analytics or advertising cookies are set. We determine your location from your IP address, which is an approximation and may not always be accurate. Regardless of where we place you, you can change your choices using the "Your Privacy Choices" or "Cookie preferences" links in our footer, or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal.
Depending on your US state of residence (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA), you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising. Advertising cookies such as Google Ads may involve "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise these choices at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" or "Cookie preferences" links in our footer, by sending a GPC signal, or via the provider opt-outs listed above. See our Privacy Policy for more about your rights and how to exercise them.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for legal or operational reasons. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be reflected in an updated consent banner.
